Dr. Kyle Trobough

Dr. Kyle Trobough has been in private practice as a Periodontist in Topeka and Lawrence, KS since 2019.  He graduated with highest honors from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery.  Dr. Trobough continued his training in San Antonio and received his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Periodontics. Dr. Trobough is committed to providing state of the art dental care to his patients in a safe, comfortable environment.  He is focused on the treatment of periodontal disease, perio-prosthetics, periodontal plastic surgery and digital implant dentistry to deliver the best in interdisciplinary care for his patients. He also received extensive training and certification in IV conscious sedation during his residency. Dr. Trobough has been published in several scientific journals and has given numerous lectures on implant techniques and periodontal disease. Notably, he was a finalist in the 2019 Dr. and Mrs. Gerald M. Kramer Scholar Award for Excellence, an award presented to the nation’s top overall graduating resident for outstanding character, service, leadership, and academic achievement.  He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, the Heartland Study Club and the Midwest Society of Periodontology.  

Dr. Trobough was raised in Topeka and has enjoyed being back in Kansas raising his daughters with his wife, Alexandra.  

Dr. Angela Wilson

Dr. Angela Wilson has been in private practice as a Periodontist in Lawrence, KS since 2001.  She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas, School of Dentistry. She attended the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry for a three-year residency in Periodontics, and she earned a Masters of Science in Oral Biology there as well. Dr. Wilson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. 

Dr. Wilson is the past-president of the Missouri-Kansas Society of Periodontist and she has also served as president and other officer roles for the Douglas County Dental Society and First District Dental Society. She is a member of the American Academy of Perodontology, the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, the First District Dental Society, the Heartland Study Club, and the Missouri-Kansas Society of Periodontists. 

Dr. Wilson lives in Lawrence with her husband Paul and they have two children, Emma and Reed.
